Wadi Al-Hitan, Whale Valley, in the Western Desert of Egypt, contains invaluable fossil remains of the earliest, and now extinct, suborder of whales, Archaeoceti. These fossils represent one of the major stories of evolution: the emergence of the whale as an ocean-going mammal from a previous life as a land-based animal. This is the most important site in the world for the demonstration of this stage of evolution. It portrays vividly the form and life of these whales during their transition. The number, concentration and quality of such fossils here is unique, as is their accessibility and setting in an attractive and protected landscape. The fossils of Al-Hitan show the youngest archaeocetes, in the last stages of losing their hind limbs. Other fossil material in the site makes it possible to reconstruct the surrounding environmental and ecological conditions of the time.

At 07:00 Am pick up from Cairo airport transferred by air-conditioned Car to El Fayoum Oasis in the Western Desert Desert Trip to Wadi El Hitan

Our first stop at Qarun Lake or Berket Qarun, The second lake in size all over Egypt, and the place of thousand migrants birds like Flamingos, ducks and spoonbills.
Next stop at Tunis Village, the most famous area for making pottery, visit Evelyn Porret Pottery School, to learn make your own piece of art. stroll around the village narrow pathways with its painting colorful houses.
Then, enjoy lunch at countryside restaurant in Fayoum.
After that, our Tour Guide and driver are ready to escort you for a lifetime trip to the Protectorate Area of Wadi El Rayan, take some stunning photos for The Water falls and the three lakes made naturally as result of irrigation system in Fayoum
Later, transfer to Wadi El-Hitan for a Night Camping.

After that, enjoy BBQ Dinner prepared by your safari driver and overnight in your camp.

Finally, spend an amazing night watching the bright stars lightening the dark sky of the Egypt Sahara Desert.
DAY 2
at 08:00 AM After having breakfast in your camp WE start a fantastic desert safari adventure to the Magic Lake, Fossils and Climate Change Museum to learn about the Mammals evolution happened millions of years ago.
Finally, Start your trip back to Cairo and drop you off at the start location.
